Orders are delivered between 8am - 6pm on your selected delivery date.
If you require a more specific delivery time, please call 1300 168 886 and we will try to accommodate if possible.
We use a highly reputable external refrigerated courier service, but occasional delays may be experienced from time to time, which are outside of our control.
As such, we cannot guarantee earlier delivery times, but do our best to accommodate.
No deliveries on Sundays, or public holidays.
Our meals are delivered in cardboard boxes with a thermal insulated liner and ice packs, keeping your meals cold for up to 12 hours if you are not home.
The thermal insulated liner can be recycled and used to keep things cold. Made with 50% recycled content including a minimum of 25% post consumer recycled waste (PCR) and 25% post industrial recycle (PIR).
Our ice packs are non toxic and 100% recyclable.
